First installed Devex under tile heating for a new build studio bedroom and ensuite almost 4 years ago, chose the brand because it was Australian made.
I cannot put into words the perfect heat the under tile matting produces over an ice block cement slab using F-board insulation and our choice of tile.
Nothing, not even a fireplace provides such comforting gentle consistent controlled heat released from where it counts.
Now we are finally doing the main house kitchen, living area and bathroom and like the studio including the shower floor!
Manuela has been so patient and kind with my many back and forward emails and change of mind.
Looking forward to the renovating builder installing the product in August.

I encountered an issue with my radiator system, which consequently caused my underfloor heating to cease operating. Despite contacting Blake after business hours, he was courteous enough to respond promptly. He kindly asked that I contact him the following morning, and when I requested a brief video call—as I suspected the issue may have been related to air in the system—he was more than accommodating.
During the call, Blake guided me through the troubleshooting process in a clear and professional manner. Within approximately ten minutes, the issue was fully resolved and the system was restored to proper working order.
Blake demonstrated a high level of professionalism, patience, and technical expertise. His willingness to assist and his approachable manner are a credit to your organisation. Employees of his calibre are invaluable, and I believe his efforts deserve formal recognition.
